The BIWA Experience
Two hours.One agenda.Every fortnight.

Between Meetings
The work happens off-stage.
The meeting is the rehearsal. The performance is the fortnight in between.
1-on-1 meetings
Each member commits to a minimum of two 1-on-1s per fortnight with other members. Every conversation is logged.
Referrals in motion
Open referrals get worked. Closed referrals get a thank-you slip. Both feed the credibility score.
Visitor invitations
Each member is asked to bring one qualified visitor per quarter. Visitors are the lifeblood of the Alliance.
Give & Take posts
Before each meeting, members post what they need and what they can offer to the Alliance board.
