About the practice
Forge was set up in Sanand in 2011 to serve the Tier-1 auto OEMs anchoring the Ahmedabad cluster, and has since added aerospace certification to take on defence MRO work.
Vertical integration — in-house tool & die, a 20-machine CNC floor, and final assembly under one roof — is the moat against the price-led competition.
